About this Walk

Join Shake Up The Establishment’s Calgary members on a walk during CMHA’s Mental Health Week to connect and chat about nature and its impact on our wellbeing. Discuss ways to show yourself and others grace and empathy through reimagining your local community spaces. Reconnecting with nature does not have to be overwhelming, expensive, or inaccessible. We can find everyday ways to return to nature.
